Healthy Menu Plan

Giant Salad Everyday  – kale or spinach, purple cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli sprouts, avocado, bell peppers, celery, white mushrooms (all others must be cooked), zucchini, squash, sprouted seeds, nuts, and grains (sunflower, almonds, mung beans, lentils, garbanzos, alfalfa), sauerkraut, olive oil, flax seed oil, apple cider vinegar, oregano, Italian seasoning, Braggs sprinkle, garlic powder, turmeric/curry powder, cayenne. If not dealing with a disease, add white beans to salad.

Breakfast – Savory Oat Groats, soaked overnight first.
